Melissa Greek brings a wealth of experience, talent and positive vibes to Pearl Realty. If you walk into Melissa’s office in Downtown Hayden there’s a sign that reads good vibes only. As our Executive Assistant, Melissa’s declaration of positive energy and optimism flows through every interaction with our clients and sales team – making her a welcome addition to the team.

Melissa was born and raised in sunny Palm Springs, California. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from the College of the Desert in Palm Desert, and began her journey in real estate in 2011 as an independent agent. In 2014 she transitioned to supporting real estate teams as an Executive Assistant and later was promoted to Success Manager. In this role, she worked with a large real estate team guiding new agents and helping even seasoned agents set and achieve their goals. Melissa is licensed in Idaho, California and is working toward her Washington designation.
When asked what makes her excited about real estate, she said “I love that every real estate transaction is different. And I love the feeling of solving a challenging problem, and being collaborative with my team is the best.”
Melissa and her husband, Daniel, discovered Pearl Realty in 2023 when shopping for a new home in North Idaho. The Greek’s were clients first.
“I called another brokerage first but just felt like I wasn't receiving the personalized attention/ relationship needed to build trust with your agent,” said Melissa. “My husband said we should call this company that has ‘really cool signs.’ I was immediately contacted by Robin and he took the time to get to know me, my family and our needs.”
After attending Pearl Realty’s client appreciation party in October 2023 and meeting the entire team, Melissa knew she wanted to jump back into real estate and hoped to work at PR one day.
“Being a past client, I knew that PR had a great reputation, did a lot of business and had the energy that I was looking for in a workplace,” she said. “After seeing the office and how the team interacted with the community, I knew this was the place I wanted to be.”
Melissa and Daniel are thrilled to set down roots and raise their two young children in Coeur d’Alene. They truly love the four seasons and are enjoying all that North Idaho has to offer –boating, hiking and camping.
