Meet Joel Pearl, North Idaho Real Estate Professional

With over $100,000,000 in closed real estate sales since 2004, Joel Pearl's natural work ethic has garnered local and national real estate awards. "I probably work too much, but I enjoy what I do," says Pearl, who has been enamored with North Idaho real estate since he was a kid. "I don't feel like I'm selling," he says. "Outside my office window are mountains and lakes. The area sells itself."

Pearl's area of expertise is North Idaho Real Estate (Kootenai County) where the average sales price of residential homes is under $210,000. Of his 48 transactions closed in 2010, Joel helped facilitate sales of 20+ short sales/bank owned properties, numerous multimillion-dollar waterfront estates along with entry level homes. His business philosophy is to treat all people, of diverse economic backgrounds, with respect. "People are looking for someone they can trust when buying or selling North Idaho Real Estate," says Pearl. "I focus on providing value every day to clients. The son of a first generation Scottish immigrant, Pearl is the youngest of four children and the first to graduate from college. Graduating top in his class at Gonzaga University (Magna Cum Laude), Pearl has an extensive background in sales and marketing. Pearl attributes much of his success to a hospitality-oriented approach to North Idaho real estate sales along with a talented marketing coordinator, Becky Stafford, and supportive wife Karen.
